Gambia Volleyball Federation set for Elective Congress

The Gambia Volleyball Federation have announced it will hold its Elective Congress next month, according to their media officer Muhammed Lamin Saidykhan.

The release from the body says it will hold its elective congress on December 29th 2018 where delegates will elect a new executive during the congress.

The election will see the next executive ushered in to steer the affairs of volleyball in the country for the next four year after the mandate of the current leadership under Yunusa Barry elapsed in July.

The volleyball body says they have opened nomination for interested candidates who want to contest for the presidency.
