Fortune player Alfu Jatta on trial at Odense

Danish Superliga club OB Odense have taken Fortune Football Club midfielder Alfusainey Jatta on trial.

Jatta, who left Gamtel to sign a two-year contract with promoted Fortune, last week, has two-weeks to impress the coaching staff who have invited him to train with the U19 team and the senior squad.

Scorpions squad hit with major withdrawals

Gambia coach Sang Ndong has received a major setback in his friendly preparations after the withdrawal of Modou Barrow, Mustapha Carayol and Bubacarr Trawally from the Scorpions squad.

National Assembly select committee denied access to Goal Project hotel

Lamin Sanneh, manager at The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Hotel located at the FIFA Funded Goal Project in Yundum has explained the reasons for denying lawmakers access to the hotel.

Reports say there was a standoff on Monday between the staff posted there and members of the National Assembly Select Committee on Sports. The lawmakers, according to information gathered, were led to the place by GFF Secretary General Abass Bah and Technical Director Ebrima Manneh.

Jallow nets brace for fifth league goal

Scorpions attacker Lamin Jallow nabbed a brace for AC Cesena in their 2-2 draw at Virtus Entella in the Italian Serie B.
