Gambian duo net in Coppa Italia wins

Lamin Jallow and Lamin Jawo were both instrumental for their clubs at the weekend after scoring in the second round of their Coppa Italia matches.

Jallow, who left Serie A club Chievo Verona in search of regular playing time at Cesena, doubled the third-tier side’s lead at S.S. Sambenedettese after 55 minutes to ensure they face off with Serie A club Genoa in the 3rd round of the competition on August 12.
