Musa Barrow staying put as Atalanta reject bids

Gambia youngster Musa Barrow is set to stay on for at least another year at Atalanta after the club reportedly rejected bids from a legion of clubs.

Italian media outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Inter Milan, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, Chelsea, Lazio and others have reportedly been told the 19-year-old will stay at the Bergamo-based club for at least another year.

The former Hawks FC striker, who was promoted to the Atalanta first-team in February, having found the net 23 times in just 18 games for the Primavera youth side and scored three goals in 11 Serie A appearances, is valued in the region of €30m.

Barrow plays on the left wing but can also play as a central striker. He has a lethal combination of pace, power, skill and finishing and he has shown he can score goals when playing top level football.
