Gambian duo Omar ‘Jack’ Jagne and Ebrima ‘Bura’ Karama have had their contracts terminated by Ljungskile SK and Al Saham respectively on mutual consent.

Jack Jagne, who joined Swedish side Ljungskile on a two-year contract earlier this year from Dalkurd FF, is leaving the Division 1 (third-tier) side after failing to make an impact during his time at the club.

The Västra Götaland County-based club had high hopes in the Gambia winger expecting that he would have been the missing piece to take them to the Superettan (second-tier).

Jack was hit with minor injuries causing his appearance limited with goals failing to come by and he managed to bag just one assist in 16 appearances.

Elsewhere, former Bakau United and Liberty Professional midfielder Bura Kamara has also left Omani side Saham Club for rivals Al-Nahda Club after four league games played.

The former U20 midfielder terminated his contract on mutual consent after falling out with the coach on which position to play and his contract deal with the board.

He joined Saham from Jaalan FC where he made a remarkable name for himself.
